How do I place a return or exchange?
We want to provide our honestt community with a wonderful experience from start to finish. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and the products you’d like to exchange or return, and we’ll take care of the rest.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
You may return regular price, unused, physical products within 14 days of purchase, physical products for a refund. Exchanges on regular price, unused, physical products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in full to your original form of payment. You may also request store credit in the form of a gift card.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges or returns on any items that are marked down.
Used, physical products are EXCHANGE ONLY, and must be done within 14 days of purchase.
Any purchases made that go towards our honestt are FINAL SALE.
Any purchases made on limited-edition, limited-run products are EXCHANGE ONLY.
Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you submit a return/exchange request beyond the 14 and 30-day thresholds, you are responsible for shipping your product(s) back to honestt HQ.
All gift cards are final sale.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow up to 5 business days after the delivery of your returned items for our team to process your return or exchange. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product, or a product is missing from my order?
